Years ago I sent out a darling Mary Englebreit card for Christmas with the following on the front:
"I will honor Christmas in my heart, and try to keep it all the year."

It instantaneously became one of my all-time favorite holiday quotes. I love it so much that I keep it up in my kitchen year-round as a friendly, heart-warming reminder. Besides, it lets me keep at least a little bit of Christmas up in my house the other 11 months of the year.
